Top Australian NetSuite provider bolts on six new partners

Sydney-based JCurve Solutions has signed six new cloud ERP agreements.

JCurve will offer new integrated functionalities including eCommerce, banking, warehouse management, international money transfer and foreign exchange, contact centres and SMS messaging.

This was made possible by agreements with Melbourne-based media company Pistashio Media, Netherlands-headquartered software provider ERP FastForward, Brisbane-based warehouse management solution provider Cloud Coders, Ireland-headquartered financial services company TransferMate, US-headquartered contact centre solutions provider Contivio.com, and Australia-headquartered text message provider MessageMedia.

The collaboration with Pistashio Media will enable the deployment of eCommerce sites with over 100 pre-configured templates that integrate inventory and order information directly into NetSuite, including the JCurve ERP edition.

With ERP Fast Forward, a global NetSuite solution developer network partner, users will be able to directly import a bank statement for creation of bank transactions and bank reconciliations. According to JCurve, direct bank feeds are now supported by 106 banks in Australia.

The partnership with Cloud Coders will enable JCurve customers to process orders more efficiently, according to the company. TransferMate integrates with NetSuite and provides a fast way to transfer money and make international payments.

JCurve will offer Contivio’s cloud-based contact centre solution within the JCurve ERP. It will provide inbound and outbound multi-channel capability with automatic dialler, interactive voice response, real time statistics, configurable reporting, workforce management and voice recording.

With the partnership with MessageMedia, JCurve customers will be able to send SMS from a PC, the web, via email or using API integration into NetSuite, including the JCurve ERP edition.

JCurve recently signed a new agreement with NetSuite to target businesses of all sizes across Australia and New Zealand. The new agreement allows JCurve to upgrade clients from the small business JCurve ERP edition of NetSuite to mid-market and enterprise editions.

JCurve chief executive Stephen Canning said: "Since the agreement was announced in August, a number of JCS clients are now taking advantage of this new deal and are in the process of upgrading from the JCurve ERP small business edition to NetSuite mid-market editions. These businesses have upgraded to take advantage of additional NetSuite functionality and increased licensing (JCurve ERP currently restricts users to 20 licenses)."

Meanwhile, NetSuite announced some product enhancements to OneWorld for Australian headquartered companies including enhanced support for non-deductible input tax, tax on prompt payment discounts and expanded online and in-store payments capabilities for Australian businesses.

For multinational companies in Australia the enhancements include enhanced support for statutory chart of accounts, quick close enhancement, cumulative translation adjustment (CTA) balance audit report and advanced revenue management enhancements.
