Telecommunications giant Telstra has signed a licensing deal to resell solutions from homegrown real-time analytics vendor eMite.
The deal will make eMite's cloud-based analytics and dashboard solutions for contact centres available to Telstra customers.
Part of the deal is eMite for Genesys, a new solution integrated with PureCloud, an all-in-one cloud contact centre solution from US-based contact centre vendor Genesys.
“This agreement enables Telstra customers to access eMite’s world leading analytics platform to dramatically improve their customer experience and business performance,” eMite founder and CEO Stuart Geros said.
“[Telstra customers] will benefit from being able to purchase a complete solution through a single transaction,” Geros said.
Publicly listed software developer Prophecy International acquired eMite in 2015 for “somewhere between $14 million to $18 million”.
Prophecy International's flagship brand is Snare, a suite of event monitoring and analysis tools for addressing auditing and security requirements.
