The partnership will see Tegatech release six devices including; an 8.4 inch; 14.1 inch; and 15.4 inch rugged notebooks.
The range of products are designed with a rugged form-factor, which contain features like built-in DVD RW, extended batteries, 3G internal modem and bright outdoor displays.
Hugo Ortega, principal of Tegatech said the products have features that include outdoor displays, competitive price points and even 3G.
"We have trialled the units for several years and [feel] comfortable we can offer our resellers pre-sales and after-sales support," he said.
"The partnership with TwinHead provides rugged computing at a lower price point, with little compromise, and full featured specifications."
According to Ortega Tegatech has signed 10 percent of new resellers this year alone and is excited about the mobile PC space.
"As always Tegatech is looking for more resellers and looking forward to welcoming all," he said.
