Australian software developer Technology One has signed multi-million contracts to supply its student management software to the Queensland University of Technology and La Trobe University in Melbourne.
The software runs straight “out-of-the-box,” and is highly configurable to allow universities to manage their requirements based on their terms, rather than the system dictating their business processes, said Tech One boss Adrian Di Marco.
“TechnologyOne Student Management eliminates the need for costly customisations or software development,” he said in a statement.
QUT will rollout the software to over 5000 staff and 40,000 students across the university campuses. Both QUT and La Trobe will go live with the next 24 months, Technology One said.
