Digital workplace platform TeamViewer has announced Tia Reporting, a conversational AI capability within its TeamViewer DEX product.
The software is intended to accelerate IT decision-making by generating real-time dashboards from natural language prompts.
Built on TeamViewer’s proprietary DEX data, spanning device telemetry, application performance, and employee experience signals, Tia Reporting provides a view of the IT environment for administrators to deep dive into issues by adjusting filters, timeframes, and visualisations through a no-code AI interface.
