Acer has announced its three new Chrome OS products - Chromebook 13, Chromebook 11 and Chromebox CX1 - is now available in Australia and New Zealand.
All of Acer's new Chrome OS products are available to the channel from Synnex in Australia.
The Chromebook 13 has a 13.1-inch screen and comes with either a 1920x1080 or 1366x768 resolution screen. It’s the first Chromebook powered with an Nvida Tegra K1 processor and prices start from $379.
The Chromebook 11 comes in two models: the smaller Moonstone White CB3-111 and the Granite Gray C730, designed for commercial and education markets.The devices are fitted with an 11.6-inch 1366x768 screen and boasts faster internet connection speeds.
The CB3-111 is priced from $329 and the C730 starts at $399.
The Chromebox CXI is a compact PC that is small enough to be attached to the back of a monitor. It’s powered with a Celeron 2957U processor and up to 4GB of DDR3 1600Mhz memory. This model will start at $359.
In August, Gartner predicted that Chromebook sales would triple in the next three years.
