Sydney's TeleResult acquires cloud consultancy CDRU

Australian telecommunications services firm TeleResult has acquired Sydney-based cloud implementation and IT financial management consultancy CDRU.

Founded in 2001, CDRU offers services covering networking, infrastructure, XaaS, service integration and management, modern workplace solutions, service desk solutions, as well as IoT and OT.

“CDRU's significant depth of experience and capability in strategic sourcing, benchmarking and IT financial management will complement and enhance TeleResult's services," said Kristian Hanlon, CEO of CDRU.

“For organisations looking for an end-to-end solution, the partnership will see CDRU consultants offer their clients a tailored pathway to reduce organisational costs, with TeleResult providing the full suite of managed services and products to fully realise these savings.”

Sydney-based TeleResult offers services including telecommunications expense management, endpoint security, mobile app development and enterprise mobility management.

Its managing director Alex Nadeau said the acquisition of CDRU "will give the market a much-needed shakeup, giving government and large organisations a holistic solution that offers unmatched value.”
