Sydney's Corp Centre buys MSP Network Doctor

Managed telecommunications provider Corp Centre has announced the acquisition of Murwillumbah, NSW-based managed service provider (MSP) Network Doctor.

Corp Centre said the acquisition will enhance its service offerings and provide the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions to the telecommunications and IT sectors.

In April 2023, the firm bought small to medium business-focused Parrot Communications in Maroochydore, Queensland as part of its nationwide expansion effort.

"We’re delighted to welcome Network Doctor to the Corp Centre Group. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our growth strategy, allowing us to strengthen our position as a leader in the telecommunications and IT industry," said Peter Durning, managing director of Corp Centre.

"By combining our strengths with Network Doctor's proven track record in IT services, we are well-equipped to deliver unparalleled value to our clients."

Network Doctor's managed IT services offering covers network management, security and cloud solutions.

Corp Centre, which rebranded from Commander Centre in 2020, was a finalist in the CRN Fast50 in 2012 and 2019.

"Joining forces with Corp Centre presents exciting opportunities for both our team and our clients," said Geoff White, managing director of Network Doctor.

"Together, we will be able to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions that address the evolving needs of businesses in today's digital-first world. We look forward to leveraging our combined expertise to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results for our clients."
