Sydney-based Act XM wins Qualtrics APJ Partner of the Year

Act XM, a Sydney-based company that designs and delivers CX and EX solutions, has been awarded Qualtrics’ APJ Partner of the Year at the company’s inaugural Partner of the Year Awards.

Qualtrics said Act XM got the gong for leading the way in launching the company’s Partner Success Packages across Australia and New Zealand.

Projects included modernising employee listening for government services in Australia to embedding real-time Qualtrics dashboards at a major Australian financial institution.

"Winning Partner of the Year is a meaningful moment for us – it validates the work our team does every day with our clients and with Qualtrics, and reinforces our belief that when the right technology is combined with expertise and practical execution, real impact follows," said Act XM managing director Antonia Calvo.

Other awards handed out include Technology Partner of the Year, which went to SAP, and the Customer Excellence Award, which went to international partner Zill Consulting.

Innovation Partner of the Year was awarded to commonFont, while Deloitte was given the Rising Star award.
