Superloop has introduced a partner program, open to all IT channel organisations in the small to medium business market.

The Superloop Partner Program is designed to consolidate tools, systems and partners under one brand and is accessible via a self-service portal called Krypton.

Krypton delivers a digital experience where partners can access an expanded product portfolio, including security offerings and troubleshooting capabilities.

The Superloop Partner Program comprises no lock-in contracts starting from $87 per month, with the first month free, as well as a Totalbiz 24-month contract option starting from $80 per month.

A business phone add-on with a $10 unlimited call pack free for the first six months is also offered, as is an Amazon eero6+ or ZTE H1600 Modem available with $0 upfront when staying connected for 24 months and two included speed upgrade days to 1Gbps every month on eligible plans via a Speedblast™.

Superloop’s head of channel sales, Vanessa Langfield, said the company has been busy over the past year building the foundations and capabilities required to launch the partner program.

“Since inception in 2014, our DNA has been Wholesale and our partners who continue to play a crucial role in the success of Superloop,” she said.

“They work hand-in-glove with businesses across the country to set them up for success, ensuring they’ve got safe, reliable, high-speed internet. We know this is a crucial service, and we’re doing everything we can to support these partners and help them unleash the power of connectivity for business.”
