Melbourne-based Vanguard is a systems integration partner of Software AG and has been involved in numerous successful implementations of the vendor's webMethods products.
Steve Keys, sales director at Software AG, said, the Preferred Partner agreement will expand and enhance Software AG's service offering to customers.
"Our partnership with Vanguard will provide Software AG customers throughout Australia with a larger, experienced professional services team 100 percent focused on webMethods implementations," he said.
"Vanguard's services team is fully certified in webMethods technology and will follow Software AG's proven implementation methodologies."
The preferred status provides all webMethods users with a service offering across the entire software development life cycle and product stack, said Stephen Chetcuti, CEO at Vanguard.
