The Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) ANZ has standardised certification training for netowrk vendors across A/NZ.
The Storage Networking Certification Program (SNCP) establishes a benchmark that allows training providers to validate their coursese against the objectives of the SNIA's SNCP.
Ralph Luchs, director of education for the SNIA said the storage industry’s vendor neutral storage networking certification program will help to simplify certification and training offerings for storage professionals.
Vendor training courses are tested to be compliant with one or more of the SNIA’s four credentials, including the SNIA Sales Qualification, SNIA Storage Foundations, SNIA Storage Administration/Management and SNIA Storage Architect (SCA), said Luchs.
