Cellnet’s first IBM Solution Centre in Sydney enables resellers to demonstrate first-hand to customers the advantages of using IBM technology.
Aidan Fitzgerald, the newly appointed IBM business manager at Cellnet, said: “We needed to give our NSW resellers some value-add to dealing with us. This is something which is going to help them develop their business. Resellers can generate business and close business off with the Solutions Centre.”
Fitzgerald said the Solutions Centre will enable resellers to get their customers in to perform interpretability testing and gives them access to IBM and Cellnet technical staff.
“NSW is one of the largest markets in Australia and we are currently growing our NSW team at Cellnet,” he said. “We have provided this in Sydney first and once we have proved it a success we will roll it out in Brisbane and Victoria later in the year.”
Fitzgerald said Cellnet is dedicated to ensuring it is offering more unique value-add than anyone else.
“We have got a whole year’s business plan with IBM in place and we will be doing a lot of value-add to generate demand. We are aiming for long-term growth with IBM,” added Fitzgerald.
