This year, APAC recognised Davicom for its strategic deal with Thompson Health and its Partner of the Year in APAC was PTS Communications.
The Deal of the Year category is one that brings a strategically significant, new customer.
The Partner of the Year is based on customer wins, revenue achievement, ramp rate, and customer satisfaction attainment, and margin contribution.
“All the staff at PTS Communications were very excited to receive the APAC Partner of the Year Award as it confirmed our focus on providing a level of service to achieve a world class customer satisfaction rating,” said Nigel Sinclair PTS Communications.

According to Peter Arambatzis CFO, Thompson Group, the team at Davicom has been very professional in partnering with them to deliver a robust solution that is critical to its business.
