The Samsung Galaxy S2 is already a multi-award-winning champion handset, and – if the above leaked photo is to be believed – the Samsung Galaxy S3 is already being groomed to go one better.
The leaked snap, published on Phandroid, reveals a 4.6in HD handset packing a whopping 1.8GHz dual-core processor, a staggering 12MP camera, and an industry boundary-smashing 2GB RAM.
The device in the picture, apparently sourced from an internal Samsung Mobile slide presentation, is also clearly packing Android Ice Cream Sandwich. The new OS was going to be launched today – meaning we could expect the Galaxy S3 soon.
Wearing our sceptical hats, there's a strong possibility the whole thing is a fake, since the text in the photo refers to a "Super AMOLED Plus HD" display instead of using Samsung’s own HD Super AMOLED terminology. Unless it's a new screen entirely?
