Software-as-a-service backup platform vendor Afi has launched a partner program specifically for resellers in Australia and New Zealand.
The program gives managed service providers access to Afi’s managed SaaS backup platform, customisation and integration into workflows, a performance boost and support for cloud applications, among other features.
Romanian-headquartered Afi specialises in “intelligent” backup purpose-built for SaaS applications, particularly for G Suite and Office 365. Some features include archiving, migration and disaster recovery.
The platform allows MSPs to resell, provision and manage protection to customers through a multi-tenant web console providing a single pane of glass to manage Office 365 G Suite applications.
“We designed the Afi Partner Program to simplify the provisioning of cloud-to-cloud data protection services for MSPs of all sizes,” Afi chief product officer Vincent Marino said.
“Smaller MSPs can start reselling Office 365 and G Suite backup services in minutes, with cloud storage, management console and billing managed by Afi.
“For larger partners, Afi provides custom billing systems and RMM integrations, backup to partner-owned S3 cloud storage and other unique capabilities enabling workflow automation and greater control for large service providers.”
Some other features the platform include SLA-based protection management, high-frequency backup for key applications, AI-based layer of protection against ransomware and cyber attacks.
