RXP finds another $50m of sales, takes on 330 new staff

RXP Services beat its own revenue forecast with 61 percent growth to hit $127.1 million.

Underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) were up 71 percent.The net profit after tax was $10.6 million, up 131 percent., while RXP's headcount grew significantly from 449 to 779.

RXP has been a serial acquirer in recent years, including Engage Viidacom and 10collective in 2016.

Chief executive Ross Fielding said: "RXP now has in place end-to-end capabilities and processes that will enable us to increase the average engagement size, complexity, and duration going forward.

"Both acquisitions [Engage Viidacom and 10collective] have performed well and have helped to build RXP's end-to-end capabilities and are now making a significant contribution to the cross-practice opportunities we are seeing."

Fielding said the "sector remains buoyant".

Prior to posting its results on 16 August, RXP's share prices were $0.72 cents. On 17 August the share prices closed at $0.77 cents.

RXP was No.31 on the 2015 current CRN Fast50 for growth of 42.03 percent.

RXP Services listed on the ASX in November 2011. The company has offices in Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney and Hong Kong.
