Rockwell Automation announces PartnerNetwork promotions

Industrial automation company Rockwell Automation has made a series of promotions within its PartnerNetwork program.

Several system integrators have advanced to higher partnership tiers after developing new capabilities and meeting enhanced criteria.

Adelaide-headquartered process control and cybersecurity specialist ATSYS has been elevated to Platinum System Integrator Partner status, the highest level within the program.

ATSYS becomes one of only 12 companies globally to achieve this designation, and just the second company in Australia.

"ATSYS explored how we can better partner with Rockwell Automation to deliver better outcomes for our critical infrastructure clients around sustainability, digital technologies, and cyber security in operational technology," Andre Tassone, managing director, ATSYS, said.

"We are excited to be one of a select few companies to be recognised as a platinum system integration partner with Rockwell Automation."

Operational technology specialist Mipac, headquartered in Brisbane, has been promoted to Gold System Integrator Partner.

The company is recognised for its capabilities in control, visualisation, and PlantPAx, serving industries including mining, metals and minerals processing.

Newcastle's SAFEgroup Automation also achieved Gold System Integrator Partner status, with acknowledged expertise in control, visualisation, and low voltage drives for the food and beverage and water treatment sectors.

"Our partners are upskilling to take advantage of emerging opportunities presented by smart manufacturing, and Rockwell is here to support them and deliver optimum results to customers," Kevin Cole, market access manager, Rockwell Automation Australia and New Zealand, said.

Cole was himself recently promoted to market access manager after more than 20 years with Rockwell Automation in various roles including industry and OEM manager, state manager, and business manager.
