Ricoh gains exclusive entry to Kaseya's Platinum club

Ricoh Australia has become the first and only local Kaseya Platinum partner, in a sign of the vendor continuing to expand its activities beyond print.

The status is the highest level in Kaseya’s regional partner program in 2015 and means Ricoh will be able to offer the “highest level” of support to its customers.

Ricoh has more than 18,000 customers to which it can sell Kaseya’s on premise and cloud-based IT management solutions for MSPs and mid-size businesses. The two already have a global relationship going back five years.

Like Canon, Ricoh has broadened its IT services beyond print in recent years, buying Sydney-based integrator IMC Communications in 2012, then later integrating it and Lanier’s IT divisions.
