Rackspace's Salesforce biz RelationEdge expands to Australia

US-based digital agency and Salesforce partner RelationEdge has launched in Australia to jump-start its expansion into Asia-Pacific.

The company is one of just 40 Platinum Salesforce partners and was acquired by Rackspace in 2018. Paul Milinkovic of Rackspace Australia will lead the business in Australia and New Zealand.

“We’re pleased that we’re able to plant our flag in Sydney and join our Rackspace brethren in Australia,” RelationEdge chief executive Matthew Stoyka told CRN.

“We have a great presence already with Rackspace and we can leverage the amazing team we have here, plus the reputation attached to the brand and access to its customer base,” Stoyka said.

“It’s a huge opportunity for us and we’re looking to address what Salesforce called a shortage in qualified partners and services in the region.”

RelationEdge offers managed Salesforce SaaS implementations and managed services. The company is part of Rackspace Application Services, which builds application environments through IT as a service.

RelationEdge is housed within Rackspace’s offices in Sydney, and is also looking to expand both locally and into other Asia-Pacific cities moving forward.

“We will be opportunistic in our expansion plans and we will continue to see how the business evolves,” Stoyka said.

“When we launched in London last year, we had plenty of business coming out of Dublin so we’re looking at how we expand.”
