Qualys appoints Sam Salehi as ANZ managing director

Cyber risk and security platform provider Qualys has appointed Sam Salehi as its managing director for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).

In his new role, Salehi will lead Qualys' operations in the ANZ market with a focus on on driving sales, managing partner organisations and delivering sustainable customer value.

He brings over 18 years' experience in the cybersecurity industry, having spent the last five as Asia Pacific sales director at Trustwave.

Salehi previously held key roles at Spectrum in the United Arab Emirates, Extol Corporation in Malaysia, IPSec, as well as Optus in Australia.

Qualys said that Salehi has during his career demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in driving successful sales teams and highlighting the business value and return on investment of diverse cybersecurity solutions.
