The Summit was held for customers and partners across Australia to discuss best practice, where the company is heading in the next 12 months and to talk about any major developments that have just happened or are on their way.
They also got to see the launch of Epicor’s next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution Epicor 9.
“The Epicor Summit ‘08 was an outstanding success,” said Craig Charlton, VP for Epicor Software A/NZ.
“This year’s event saw over 200 Epicor customers and partners come together to enjoy the success of the recently launched Epicor 9 solution, our latest ERP offering both here in Australia and worldwide.
“We are excited about the opportunities that this new solution can bring to our partners and customers in this market.
“The annual Epicor Summit is a great opportunity for our customers and partners to share best practice and discuss similar business challenges, and this year was no exception,” he added.
The Summit enabled attendees to get updates on product direction, education and service initiatives, meet Epicor product experts and network with their peers.
There was also a chance to network with other Epicor customers and partners to understand how they have solved similar business challenges.
