Pegasystems appoints new ANZ channel boss

Enterprise software vendor Pegasystems has announced Nick Vince as its new alliances and channels director for Australia and New Zealand.

Vince previously worked as channel sales manager at SAP and senior sales partner business manager at Salesforce. The newly established role for Pegasystems will see Vince report to ANZ executive director Scott Leader.

"I believe that as the channel growth drives a broader and deeper partnership ecosystem, Pegasystems will expand significantly in the region," said Leader.

"Having Nick head up Pegasystems’ channel and alliances group for the ANZ region should make our partners more successful and profitable in their deployments."

As well as drive growth, Vince will especially look after the vendor's platinum partners out of his Sydney CBD office.

"My primary focus is to ensure existing partners are well-versed in Pegasystems’ value proposition and implementation, giving them an avenue for pre-sales and sales support. This will help drive the Pegasystems offering in ANZ," said Vince.

Pegasystems is a NASDAQ-listed company that develops software that cover "sales, marketing, service and operations" and boasts ANZ Bank, QBE Insurance and Transport for NSW as its big name local clients.
