Web hosting company OzHosting.com has launched a reseller program for integrators and developers to resell its suite of hosted applications to small and medium businesses.
Dubbed the Cloud Reseller Program, partners will have access to OzHosting's full range of web hosting products with a "big focus" on Microsoft Hosted Exchange and Microsoft Hosted SharePoint.
Resellers can choose from three partner levels; affiliate, reseller or OEM partner. Anthony Banek, general manager of cloud services at OzHosting, said the affiliate status was a referral-based program.
"The affiliate partner would receive a 10 percent commission while OzHosting maintained a direct relationship," he said.
A reseller partner "owns the relationship with the customer" and they get a "large discount". An OEM partner can white label the products and services, said Banek.
Banek said the program will let selected partners to expand their portfolios.
"Our program offers very competitive pricing to partners and provides them with the flexibility and choice to brand systems under their own corporate identity or refer customers to OzHosting.com's applications," said Benek.
Up until now OzHosting focused on the retail market. He said the channel "generally has got the customer relationships" with small and medium businesses.
Banek said OzHosting provides quarterly updates. "We're close to our vendors, and their vendor update programs."
