Optus has launched its Application and Network Performance Management (ANPM) solution, a service that monitors user experience for on- and off-premise infrastructure.
The solution will use Riverbed’s SteelCentral technology to analyse near real-time data, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues before it affects user experience.
Optus said in a statement that its managed ANPM will “provide a far more consistent user experience and mitigate against potential impacts”.
The SteelCentral platform uses a range of features to analyse infrastructure performance, including dependency mapping, user response-time monitoring and behavioural analytics.
David Caspari, vice president of products and ICT at Optus Business said: “Aligning customer experience and technology strategy is key to improving customer experience, as well as improving profit and revenue through acquiring and retaining customers and growing repeat purchases.”
The managed ANPM is available to Optus and Riverbed customers starting today.
