OpenText's Australian MSPs can now take advantage of the OpenText Secure Cloud, which provides self-service and self-provisioning and is designed to allow MSPs to simplify their cyber resilience offerings via a single suite of security, backup and recovery options.
The platform supports the Australian dollar, delivering streamlined billing, customer management and advanced reporting across MSP operations, aiming to help partners reduce administrative overheads and improve channel efficiency.
OpenText Secure Cloud enables MSPs to consolidate data and email security, AI-powered detection and response, and recovery solutions within a single multi-tenant platform.
The platform also includes integrated task management and consolidated billing and invoicing, while new recommendation capabilities analyse environment‑wide data to help MSPs deliver tailored security across email risk, compliance, data risk and broader security needs.
“At OpenText, we’ve observed the Australian market were early adopters of managed services, and we’re seeing a clear shift among our partners in Australia toward managed security services and hybrid delivery models,” said Steve Stavridis, regional VP for APAC at OpenText Cybersecurity.
“We understand the unique challenges MSPs face in today’s fast-evolving threat landscape and the growing complexity around data privacy and compliance.”
