NSW Telco Authority seeks Mulesoft enterprise integration platform

The NSW Telco Authority (NSWTA) has issued a tender for an enterprise integration platform (EIP) based on Mulesoft for the state emergency services communications agency.

NSWTA wants the succesful tenderer to plan for and develop a modern integration platform to enable the agency, Department of Customer Service (DCS), Whole of Government, and other third-party systems and applications to communicate seamlessly, it said.

A scalable and streamlined approach to integration should be provided by the EIP.

Devices and a range of application programming interfaces will be integrated, along with SAP financial asset and ServiceNow technical and spares asset registers, Microsoft Dynamics Altus Enterprise Portfolio Project Management, the PEGA government radio information database, Kalibre Insight for network data, and Alfresco document management systems.

In-depth knowledge and five years previous experience in developing Mulesoft applications, including API design, integration patterns, and deployment strategies is required.

The successful tenderer also needs to be a certified Mulesoft partner, NSWTA said.

Closing time and date for the tender is 3 pm AEDT, on December 2.
