Local solutions development consultancy, GLiNTECH has revamped Nokia Australia's Care Centres.
GLiNTECH used its open source-based product to allow Nokia access and, track and management of its customer service.
Dimitri Spyridopoulos, managing director at GLiNTECH said its work with Nokia demonstrates how open source technology is changing the face of software.
“In the rapidly changing business environment, companies are beginning to realise that the potential benefits of Open Source technologies are endless," he said.
Peter Thomas, customer care manager at Nokia Australia said using open source technology will allow the mobile phone giant to customise its care centre systems.
