Nokia Australia cares about warranty

Peter Thomas, head of customer care for Nokia Australia said there were three price plans for Nokia Care Protect, aligned with different devices.

“With Nokia Care Protect, consumers can extend their original Manufacturers Limited Warranty on their Nokia device for an additional 12 months including warranty repair services and support services such as help to set-up features and functionality,” he said.

According to Thomas, Nokia Care Protect can be purchased for $13 for devices in the Nokia 1000-2000 range; $34 for Nokia devices in the 3000-7000 range; and $72 for Nokia Eseries and Nokia Nseries.

Consumers can buy Nokia Care Protect with their intial phone purchase or until expiration of their original Manufacturers Limited Warranty.

According to Thomas, Nokia Care Protect can be purchased at any Nokia Care Centre and from selected Nokia retailers soon.
