NinjaOne completes acquisition of Dropsuite

NinjaOne has acquired the issued shares in cloud backup company Dropsuite.

In a release to the ASX, Dropsuite advised that the acquisition of all the issued shares in the company has been implemented today by way of a scheme of arrangement and Dropsuite shareholders have been sent the scheme consideration of $5.90 per Dropsuite share.

As a result of the acquisition, all existing directors of Dropsuite have resigned as directors of the company and Christopher Matarese, Salvatore Sferlazza, Melanie Leydin and Bill Kyriacou have been appointed as directors of Dropsuite.

Dropsuite also announced that it would be removed from the ASX's official list at the close of trading today.

The acquisition was announced in January of this year.

The two companies are aiming to create a merged platform that combines NinjaOne's endpoint management capabilities with Dropsuite's backup and recovery solutions.
