NEXTGEN, an Exclusive Networks Company, in partnership with Palo Alto Networks, has introduced Managed SOC as a Service for Palo Alto Networks deployments.

This solution is designed to empower partners in Australia to capitalise on the Managed Security Service (MSSP) market and is specifically designed for Palo Alto Networks NextWave solution providers and MSSPs.

The SOC - domiciled in Australia, keeping data within Australian borders and under Australian law - leverages a global team of analysts 24/7. The Managed SOC as a Service offering also allows partners to maximise customer ROI from Palo Alto Networks deployments across the company’s platforms incorporating Strata Cloud Manager, Cortex, and Prisma Access, at a predictable cost. 

Featuring an all-in-one managed services platform, partners will be able to benefit from transparent service descriptions, defined SLAs with guaranteed response times, real-time dashboards, and comprehensive monthly reporting.

NEXTGEN's VP of sales and marketing ANZ, Wendy O’Keeffe said it marks a significant shift towards MSSP offerings and reflects the broader evolution of cybersecurity services.
