Microsoft partner Nexon has joined forces with Enghouse Interactive to put a new contact centre system to market.
The “Nexon Absolute Contact Centre powered by Enghouse Interactive” product leverages Microsoft Skype for Business and can replace a traditional telephony system.
“The product integrates all communication capabilities into a single, easy-to-use platform, including voice mail, instant messaging, video, audio, web conferencing and desktop-as-a-service,” said a statement from Nexon.
The offering will be pitched to medium to large organisations, in both private and government sectors.
“Nexon has been providing IT solutions within the ANZ market for over 12 years. Combined with our expertise in the contact centre space, we are delivering a solution that will provide the best service and experience for our customers,” said Enghouse Interactive managing director Dean Hodgson.
Nexon has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and is a Microsoft gold hosting partner and silver communications partner. Enghouse Interactive is a Microsoft gold technology partner, in the application development and communications classes.
