Nexgen Australia has been named NEC Australia's unified communications partner of the year.
"It is an honour to be named the NEC UC dealer of the year," said Nexgen director Elie Ayoub. "We have an excellent longstanding relationship with NEC and look forward to what the next year will bring."
NEC determined the winner on the basis of channel sales. Nexgen topped the league by hitting 120 percent of target, announced the vendor.
Nexgen, based in Sydney and Brisbane, has been in the NEC channel for more than ten years putting in telephony systems for SMB clientele. In addition to comms, the solutions provider also deploys "high-end multi-function printers, copiers, security surveillance cameras and video conferencing".
NEC Australia executive general manager of channel Andy Hurt congratulated Nexgen on its achievements.
"They are a worthy recipient of the Australian NEC UC channel partner of the year award after exceptional results this year. It is clear that Nexgen's commitment is second-to-none when it comes to providing excellent customer service and comprehensive knowledge of our products."
