New Relic has announced major enhancements to its partner program, aimed at fuelling business growth for its ecosystem of technology partners.
The observability company revealed stronger incentives to improve partner profitability, simplified certifications, expanded resources, and new specialised program tracks.
"Our open partner ecosystem has been instrumental in fuelling innovations and growth of the New Relic Intelligent Observability Platform," Ashan Willy, chief executive of New Relic, said.
The enhanced program empowers solution providers, managed service providers, technology partners, system integrators, and cloud platform providers to find new revenue streams.
"As Asia-Pacific embraces a resilient and connected future, strong partner ecosystems are critical to innovation and long-term growth," Simon Lee, New Relic's managing director, Asia Pacific and Japan, said.
New Relic has increased its partner team fourfold, appointing Larissa Crandall as channel chief to define strategy and to enhance the program.
The company has also introduced four new technical certifications and two sales certifications to help partners build skills aligned with today's market needs.
Partners will benefit from expanded training opportunities in key areas such as artificial intelligence, observability, and cloud technologies.
New Relic is offering agentic AI integrations to bring critical observability data and intelligent recommendations directly to IT teams and developers across the business and tech ecosystem, including connections with Amazon Q Business, GitHub Copilot for Microsoft Azure, Google Gemini, and ServiceNow.
The company has also announced an observability integration with DeepSeek to accelerate AI return on investment, and adoption.
