Netpoleon has expanded its cybersecurity portfolio, aiming to deliver stronger data and application security solutions across the region.

As a value-added distributor of Thales CipherTrust in the region since 2020, the inclusion of Imperva’s portfolio into Thales’ cybersecurity suite brings greater depth to Netpoleon’s local offering.

This combination broadens available options for customers seeking to align data and application controls, and for Netpoleon, this integration enhances its ability to support partners and customers with an end-to-end approach to cybersecurity.

It also opens new opportunities for Netpoleon to collaborate more deeply with managed service providers, systems integrators and resellers.

The combination of Thales and Imperva strengthens Netpoleon’s ability to extend protection from identity and access management through to structured and unstructured data; help organisations align with security obligations including APRA’s CPS 230/234, the SOCI Act, and evolving privacy regulations; and support partners with expanded training, enablement, and managed services opportunities across both Thales and Imperva portfolios.

“The expansion of our cybersecurity portfolio marks a pivotal moment for the industry and for our customers in Australia and New Zealand,” said Paul Lim, regional director for Netpoleon in ANZ.

“The Netpoleon team in ANZ augments Thales in its go-to-market strategy across the areas of channel sales, marketing, business development, and customer success. The addition of Imperva’s data and application security portfolio to the CipherTrust Data Security Platform means we can now help our partners deliver a broader, more integrated suite of solutions that protect critical assets at every layer.”

"As cyber threats evolve and organisations navigate increasingly complex regulatory requirements, the combined capabilities of Thales and Imperva significantly strengthen the security ecosystem," said Charles Lim, VP of channel sales, APJ at Thales.

"With its strong local presence and expertise, Netpoleon is well positioned to help regional partners deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance resilience and protect critical data."
