Australia's National Gallery in Canberra has issued a request for information, seeking a partner to provide services for its fleet of laptops.
The partner should provide provision of both Microsoft Windows and Apple laptops if possible, and to install the National Gallery's standard operating environment (SOE) on the devices.
Laptops should be commissioned using an agreed mobile device management (MDM) solution.
Storage of devices with delivery of new or replacement to National Gallery locations is also sought.
Device maintenance along with pick up and disposal of laptops no longer needed is a NGA sustainability requirement.
The National Gallery's strategic partner will need to adhere to the institutions's security requirements, along with those that apply for the provision of information and technology service, under the Protective Security Policy Framework, and the Information Security Manual (PSPF and ISM respectively).
Closing date and time for the tender is September 25, 1700 hours.
