Jack Hung product manager OEM division Ingram Micro attended as one of MSI's partners.
Hung said it was a very positive launch and he was looking forward to seeing what will be coming to market.
Among the products launched were the Wind U100+ netbook and ultra-thin X340 laptop, PX600, and the GX720 gaming notebook.
Lin said it was trying to make its notebooks as 'trendy and stylish' as possible with the launch.
"We wanted to develop a really thin notebook but at the same time a green product," said Lin.
"The end result, the MSI U100 and xSlim range, ultra portable yet green laptops, with slick and fashionable designs."
