The co-founders of RSVP.com.au have helped to raise around one million dollars in capital for Australian website eMove.
The funding will be used in product development and marketing to increase eMove’s online exposure.
eMove helps consumers notify multiple organisations of changes in contact details and acts as mail and email redirection service. The site also helps users obtain and compare quotes for removalists and other moving services.
The free service generates revenue from partner providers who are willing to pay to receive customers’ up-to-date address details. These organisations typically spend money to keep track of or find people who have moved.
Mike Gregg and Ion Alexander will join Mike Gibbons and RSVP.com.au co-founder Jay Hennock on the eMove board.
Both Gregg and Alexander are former Health Communications Network directors.
EMove will be expanded in April with two new services and the eMove promotional campaign will launch in May.
