EY Australia has named Jo Dooley as the clients and industries leader for Oceania, succeeding Selina Short, effective September 2026.
Dooley will also become a member of the Oceania executive leadership team and the global clients and industries leadership team.
Dooley will join EY Australia from Microsoft where she serves as VP of enterprise at Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, leading a portfolio, driving digital transformation, cloud, and AI innovation for enterprise clients.
She joined Microsoft close to eight years ago as chief customer officer of professional services before taking over as GM of enterprise in April 2021.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Jo Dooley to EY Australia and know that her focus on quality, client excellence and relationships, along with her deep transformation experience, will benefit our clients across the region,” EY regional managing partner and CEO for Oceania, David Larocca, said.
“Jo’s experience aligns with our ambition to drive purposeful growth and guide our clients through a constantly evolving market landscape.”
Dooley said this is a pivotal time for organisations across the region, as they navigate a continually disrupted market through transformation and AI and innovation.
“The EY organisation has a long history of advising clients through market shifts and a depth of talent," she said.
"I’m excited to work with EY clients to deliver solutions that shape the future of industries.”
