Managed service provider Seisma Group has helped develop Bendigo Bank's innovative mortgage lending platform, as part the bank's digital transformation journey.
The Bendigo Lending Platform that launched earlier this year has revolutionised the bank's broker-assisted mortgage process, Seisma said.
It has introduced automation and digital capabilities that streamline operations and enhance experiences for both customers and brokers.
This new platform enables brokers to recommend Bendigo Bank branded home loans with ease, significantly reducing decision times and improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Janelle Wehsack, program director of consumer lending transformation at Bendigo Adelaide Bank explained the platform has enhanced the broker and customer experience, as well as reinforcing the financial institution's position as Australia's most trusted bank.
Seisma Group, chosen as one of Bendigo Bank's strategic technology partners, led the end-to-end delivery of the Bendigo Lending Platform, aligning with the bank's broader goals to simplify its business, reduce complexity, and modernise technology.
