Marcus Rossato has joined Datadog as head of field marketing for Asia Pacific and Japan.
He comes across from Klaviyo, where he was head of marketing for APJ.
Prior to this, he was global head of marketing business operations and business intelligence at Slack, Asia Pacific marketing leader, MuleSoft and Tableau at Salesforce and, in his final role of a nine-year stint at MuleSoft, senior director of marketing for Asia Pacific and Japan.
In a LinkedIn post, Rossato said as organisations scale across cloud, AI, and increasingly complex security environments, the need for unified, real-time observability and protection has become mission-critical.
"Datadog sits at the center of this transformation - with a platform that brings together infrastructure, applications, AI workloads, and security into a single, integrated experience," he said,
"The company’s momentum reflects that positioning, with continued growth, expanding enterprise adoption, and significant opportunity ahead - particularly as AI-driven use cases accelerate and reshape how businesses operate.
