Long held as a leader in innovative design, Apple’s Steve Jobs is now the focus of clones looking to cop his fashion sense.
That’s right. A new website has launched which features the exact brands of clothing worn by Steve Jobs and links to Amazon.com, so people can purchase the whole outfit in one go.
Steve's Outfit, has it all – the black turtlenecks, ageing 501 jeans and the finest in executive footwear; grey New Balance sneakers.
It’s all available for the aspiring Apple CEO for a mere $US423. However, the ultimate accessory – the iPod - is going to cost you almost as much again at another $US385.
But what price can you put on leadership?
Veronika Carrera, spokesperson for Steve's Outfit, said in a statement that traffic for the satirical site had gone through the roof since its launch.
"The comments from our users plus the positive feedback we've received from new fans will spur future development of more sites in this series," she said.
The site can be found at http://www.stevesoutfit.com.
