Logicalis Australia partners with Commvault on data protection offering

Logicalis Australia has added Commvault's security-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to its data protection managed service.

The collaboration has seen Logicalis become a Commvault SaaS managed services provider and allows the company to offer Commvault's hybrid and multi-cloud resilient capabilities for short, mid and long-term needs.

“With increasing rates of data creation, along with data being spread across applications and environments, businesses can find themselves going down a multi-product, multi-interface, and multi-skill requirement path for data protection and management," said Leon Scott, head of cloud, data and AI at Logicalis Australia.

The partnership with Commvault comes after Logicalis Australia appointed John Griffin as its CTO late last month.
