Lenovo has added a new model to its ThinkServer range, claiming to offer strong performance with reliability, energy efficiency and improved management features for small businesses.
The ThinkServer TS 200v is easy to set up and manage and includes "enterprise-class" features such as memory error correction and inbuilt RAID protection, Lenovo said.
Remote management is boosted by the inclusion of Intel's Active Management Technology, which Lenovo said will help companies that do not have full-time administrative staff.
The product also features “Always On” functionality to ensure performance is protected even if the server is off, and meets the Energy Star for Servers 1.0 criteria for green IT, said Lenovo.
"The ThinkServer TS200v combines the world-class reliability you'd expect from Lenovo with Intel's powerful dual-core Xeon processor technology, making this the perfect platform for small businesses looking to drive productivity and become more efficient and absolutely silent," said Lars Henkel, regional leader for ThinkServer GII at Lenovo.
