United States-based enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) platform Kore.ai has partnered with Melbourne-based AI advisory firm 8people to help Australian businesses accelerate artificial intelligence deployment and transformation initiatives.
The collaboration between the two will see 8people integrate Kore.ai's agent platform into its AI services portfolio, targeting organisations seeking to streamline operations and drive revenue efficiency.
8people specialises in AI advisory and consulting services, emphasising responsible frameworks with transparency and ethical deployment practices at their core.
"Kore.ai is a global leader in enterprise-grade conversational, generative and agentic AI platforms with a track record of success while 8people is an Australian-based agency with extensive business development, sales enablement, marketing and AI experience," Olivera Tomic, founder of 8people, said.
"Together, we look forward to empowering enterprises to unlock the full potential of AI by combining world-class technology with strategic enablement to drive transformation and innovation."
Kore.ai's Agent Platform provides foundations for building AI agents at scale, intended for better service delivery, productivity and business processes across organisations.
Built-in observability tools and hundreds of integrations allow teams to accelerate adoption regardless of existing technology stack complexity.
"Despite massive investment, many enterprises are still waiting to see real returns from AI because they're deploying AI tactically," Paul Rilstone, vice president for Australia and New Zealand at Kore.ai, said.
"At the same time, it's no longer enough to prepare a one-dimensional business case for AI based on generating productivity gains," Rilstone said.
Rilstone was hired in April last year, as Kore.ai's Australia-New Zealand vice president.
