JVC has unveiled its Christmas 2009 promotion for authorised retailers that sell JVC's Everio camcorder range - $450 worth of extras for consumers that buy the high definition hard disk recorder.
The promotion includes a free JVC branded carry bag, an extra battery and an additional one year camcorder warranty.
Additionally, the consumer electronics vendor is giving away the JVC NX-PN10 (pictured), a portable double dock that can play and charge two iPods or iPhones.
"We've combined the benefits of instant gratification with a carry bag and extra battery at store level, and included the JVC double iPod dock as an extra gift [via redemption]," said Jim Parissis, general manager for marketing at JVC.
Authorised Retailers include· Betta Electrical, Bing Lee, Camera House, Myer and Dick Smith.
However, retailers will have to inform their customers of a $20 freight charge for the postage and handling of the redemption of the JVC NX-PN10 double iPod dock and additional 1 year camcorder warranty.
Prices for JVC Everio camcorder range starts at $999 to $2199.
The promotion runs from 1st October 2009 until the 31st January 2010.
