Interwoven moves into Digital Media Channel
Optimost is a software and services provider for website optimisation which means it can help companies deliver online business results, overcoming the challenges they face converting traffic into revenue-generating customers.

On a bi-annual visit to Australia, Interwoven president, Max Carnecchia spoke exclusively to CRN about how pleased he was with the recent acquisitions.

He believes Optimost will strengthen Interwoven’s offerings by adding real-time multivariable testing and website optimization to its portfolio.

“We are absolutely delighted. The web has become the first place that people go to, to get research and information about products and services that they want to buy. The Channel is very central to Interwoven and Digital Media is a significant shift for us,” said Carnecchia.

“The acquisition of Optimost and Discovery Mining is our second within 12 months. We have made 12 acquisitions in total in the last seven years. The company has been very active in terms of where it wants to go and we are completely in line with what our customers want from us,” he added.

Interwoven pioneers solutions for web and document collaboration. It recently acquired Discovery Mining, which simplifies the discovery phase of litigation and investigations with a software-as-a-service solution for processing, reviewing and producing massive volumes of electronic data.

The Discovery Mining and Interwoven sales team will partner to deliver eDiscovery capabilities to more than 1,700 existing professional services firms, including 72 of the Am Law 100 law firms and 87 of the top 250 UK law firms.
