Interactive has secured a five-year agreement with industry super fund Hostplus.
Under the agreement, Interactive will deliver an Australian‑based service desk supported by cloud and end‑user services.
The organisations are aligning on a service model designed to strengthen operational resilience and enable scalable, responsive service delivery, and leveraging automation, AI and industry best practice, the model will aim to streamline day‑to‑day operations.
Hostplus CTO Jo Dutton said the appointment reflects the strong cultural alignment between the two organisations and a shared commitment to building resilience and responsiveness.
“Enhancing the user experience for our people is central to this work and forms part of a deliberate, forwardlooking technology strategy,” she said.
Tim Sparks, BDM at Interactive, said the partnership is about consistency, reliability and trust.
