Interactive Intelligence makes flurry of senior appointments

Unified comms software company Interactive Intelligence has announced a bevy of senior appointments.

Paul Rilstone has been appointed strategic consultant, bringing 16 years' experience in the IT industry. He was previously a product manager for Salmat Reach.

Athena Kyrikos joins as new engagement manager for the company's Australia and New Zealand professional services group. Kyrikos' role entails development of partner and customer relationships and supporting sales and services.

Kyrikos has more than 19 years of experience in the IT industry, including 12 years in quality assurance and workforce management.

Ramon Szeitszam brings10 years' experience in the IT industry to his new role as pre-sales engineer in Brisbane.

John Kim will be responsible for support of Interactive Intelligence communications-as-a-service deployments as service delivery manager. He was most recently customer operations manager at Cisco.

David Murphy will operate as project manager for the company's Asia Pacific professional services division. He has 20 years' experience and was previously project management office manager at NSC Group.

Adam Kratiuk has been appointed mid-market territory manager for New South Wales and Victoria with 10 years' experience, previously serving as corporate sales executive at Arrow Voice and Data.

New senior systems engineer Juan Restrep-Sierra was previously with Premier Technologies as a senior support engineer.

Internally, the company has promoted Michelle Marlan from accounts manager to director of client services for Australia and New Zealand.

"We are undergoing strong growth and these new appointments bring all the essential industry and technical experience elements to our Australian operation as we set out to streamline delivery, provide a great customer experience, grow our cloud business and deliver innovative new products and services," said Interactive Intelligence VP for Australia, New Zealand and Japan Brendan Maree.
