Insight scores multi-year contract with South Australian Government

Insight Enterprises has won a significant Licensing Reseller and Support Services (LRSS) contract with the South Australian government.

The agreement will see the solutions integrator provide Microsoft licensing and subscriptions under the state's enterprise and academic agreements, along with support services including licence reconciliation and advisory services for other software solutions.

The LRSS contract will cover all South Australian public authorities and run for an extended period.

A spokeswoman for the South Australian government said the state is committed to partnering with industry to provide agencies with the tools and services needed to deliver innovative digital services.

Insight Enterprises integrates hardware, software, and services to provide secure, end-to-end technology solutions across cloud, data centre, and edge environments.

The company has attained all seven Microsoft Solutions Partner designations and was named Microsoft's Australian Partner of the Year in 2023.

Insight in 2023 collaborated with the South Australian Department for Education and Microsoft to introduce EdChat, described as the world's first AI-powered chatbot designed to enhance students' learning experiences.
